These terms govern your use of the FlowRec app for iPhone and iPad and the website at flowrec.app. By using FlowRec, you agree to them. FlowRec is published by the team behind FlowVella.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlowRec on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
Acceptable use
- Record and share only content you have the right to record and share.
- Respect the terms and copyrights of the websites you record.
- Don't use FlowRec to capture private, deceptive, or unlawful material, or to harass or impersonate others.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the app's limits or licensing.
You are responsible for the recordings you create and how you use them.
Free and Pro
FlowRec is free to use with a watermark and limits (up to 3 minutes, 720p). Pro removes the watermark and unlocks unlimited length and full-resolution HD.
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/week, $7.99/month, or $39.99/year) with a 7-day free trial, billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
Your content
Your recordings are yours. FlowRec processes them on your device and does not claim ownership of anything you create.
Disclaimers
FlowRec is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that every website will render or record perfectly, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlowRec.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We'll revise the "last updated" date above.
